XR, or Extended Reality, combines Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (MR) to bring learning and training to life. In this interactive session, you will experience how innovative technologies can help employees learn faster, safer, and with greater engagement.
KHN partners Stichting House of Hospitality en Hotelschool The Hague invite you to an inspiring co-creation session on Extended Reality (XR) in hospitality training and onboarding.
What can you do for example with XR?
- Experience VR trainings where employees practice hospitality, service, and handling guest complaints in a fully virtual restaurant – realistic, yet completely risk-free.
- Discover AR instructions that guide baristas and chefs step-by-step through their tasks using smart glasses or tablets, right above their workstation.
- Explore a virtual hotel and see how new colleagues can be onboarded more efficiently with XR, even before their first day on the floor.
- Develop soft skills such as communication and handling challenging guest situations through realistic, interactive simulations.
