Invitation IBC Meeting

Dear colleagues,

I would like to invite you all to attend a meeting with IBC on Wednesday 11^th September 13 pm at the RAI.
The meeting will take place in the Boardroom of the Organiser’s office near Entrance C (outside halls 11, 12 and 13.)

The agenda for the meeting will cover a range of points but shouldn’t take longer than 45 minutes.

• Review the success of the initial Hotel Meeting Room agreement between IBC and select hotels.
• Overview of the impact of competitor events taking place during IBC
• Regular Communications between IBC and the City / Hotels / Venues to minimise these occurrences.
• Ideas from hotels / city/ venues for how to support IBC against competitor events going forward.

It would be great to see as many of you there as possible. Please do RSVP to sconnolly@ibc.org so that we can cater for the right amount of attendees.
