Guests eat, drink, stay overnight and spend their free and business time in the catering sector. It is your task to ensure that guests feel comfortable and that they appreciate your efforts. How do you ensure that your guests feel comfortable when they are with you and are willing to spend more in your establishment?
Entrepreneurs and employees in the catering sector who want to get more out of their guest contacts, who want to increase customer satisfaction and who want to entice the guest to spend their money within their establishment.
At the end of the course:
- You have knowledge of the basic principles of communication
- You have an insight into your own manner of communication and its effect on others
- You apply the right questioning techniques in order to sell extra services or products
- By using the most appropriate techniques, you stimulate the customer to proceed to purchase
