3-Day Mentor Course by HOC.nl –including SVH Exam and Diploma
If you want to guide students in your company, you need more than professional knowledge. A Mentor also needs strong communication skills to support the student’s learning process effectively. To prove this, the Mentor must obtain the SVH Mentor Diploma. The SVH Mentor Course helps you develop the required skills and prepares you perfectly for the SVH Mentor Exam.
At the end of the 3-day course:
- You are well prepared for the final SVH exam
- You can write a clear training plan for your student(s)
- You have the didactic skills to transfer knowledge effectively
- You have practical tips & tools to train students successfully
Course program
The 3 course days take place over 4 to 6 weeks, giving you enough time to complete your homework assignments (about 10 hours in total).
- Day 1: 09:00 – 17:00
- Day 2: 09:00 – 17:00
- Day 3: 09:00 – 12:00, followed by the SVH Mentor Exam until approx. 17:00
