Training for managers: Conducting effective performance reviews

Performance reviews are more than mere formalities; they are valuable tools for facilitating growth and development within your organization. This training offers you the tools and insights you need to conduct effective performance reviews and thereby contribute to the success of your team and organization.

The training emphasizes applying learned concepts in practical scenarios, using your own case studies with a training actor to enhance learning through realistic practice.

Duration training: 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM including lunch

Program

• Arrival and coffee
• Sharing practical experiences and gathering expectations
• Understanding the concept of a performance review
• Optimize your conversation with strategic planning and structuring techniques
• Discover your leadership style with insights from the DISC model
• Communication tips, develop practical skills to communicate effectively
• Giving constructive feedback according to the IECA model
• Learn to apply the GROW coaching model
• Practice with an role-play actor (afternoon) to sharpen skills

Costs and payment

• Members of KHN Amsterdam, Amstelland, and Haarlemmermeer: € 225
• Non-members: € 300

Prices are per person and exclude VAT. Members will receive an invoice after completion of the course. Non-members are requested to pay immediately upon registration via the payment link in the registration form.
