Management Skills Training 'Strengthen Your Leadership'

As a manager, it's a challenge to create such a culture and top team and respond to the changing needs of your colleagues. This training offers insights and practical tools that contribute to this goal. It extensively covers communication and management skills.

The training emphasizes applying learned concepts in practical scenarios, using your own case studies with a training actor to enhance learning through realistic practice.

Arrival: 09.30 AM
Duration training: 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM including lunch

Target audience: Leaders with several years of experience in a leadership role.

• Arrival and coffee
• Sharing practical experiences and gathering expectations
• Remember the ladder of success, celebrating successes, giving feedback
• Mapping your team: Analyze your team and understand the personalities
• Situational leadership; How do you do it?
• Company mission & your style versus different behavioral styles in your team
• Energy management and time management
• Case study development; apply the learned concepts to your own practical situations
• Practice with an role-play actor (afternoon) to sharpen skills
• Filling in a reflection and development form

• Non-members: € 300
  

Prices are per person and exclude VAT. Members will receive an invoice after completion of the course. Non-members are requested to pay immediately upon registration via the payment link in the registration form.
